Activity to enable/disable agents in multiple Agent schedule instances.

Hi Team,

Could you please suggest the process/activity to enable/disable agents in multiple Agent schedule instances.We do have a lot of agents to be reconfigured and it is not feasible to do the changes manually.

Hi Pradeep,

It is best to use AES framework for this purpose. If Pega AES framework is not available then you can use Pega Exposed agent MBeans to control the agent schedules.
