Actions are not showing in Actions Menu in Pega CDH after being created.
Hi, My actions are being created without any problem in Pega CDH.
However, they do not pop up under Actions when I click on refresh button and after creating them.
I double checked the actions are being created successfully using Dev Studio and they can be found under the Business Issue and Group class for which I created them.
I am new to Pega CDH and can't find a way to make them visible under the actions where they are suppose to pop up after being created.

@Sumit Kumar Hi, I couldn't find the "Action Set" rule you mentioned. However, I did manage to solve the issue when I created another PegaCDH application which is not really a solution but it definitely an indication me there is something wrong with my previous PegaCDH application.
I should better explain the question to clarify what "Action Menu" I am talking about and what exactly do I mean by "create an action".
The action menu is shown in "img_1" where i am creating the action using create and selecting the business issue and group but they don't show after I click refresh.
I double checked in Dev Studio "img_2" and double checked that the actions are created and they are created under the corresponding class.
I created another PegaCDH application and created an action and it shows without any issue shown in "img_3"
I am curious what could I have possibly done with my first application that its not showing me the actions when I create them as they should just pop up normally upon refreshing without any further configuration etc. Thanks

@Usamai36 Have you checked the logs or traced to see why the Actions landing page is not showing any actions? I think inspecting those will provide you with some insights.
