Action event fires for disabled Checkbox or radiobutton for Pega platform 7.1.9

Read only checkbox buttons are firing actions. PDN is pointing to existing pega hotfix HFix-33500 for the same. Please share the equivalent file for Pega version 7.1.9.

Steps To ReproduceClick on checkbox when it becomes read only, it fires the actions.
Error MessageUI elements are visible as visible flags are set due to execution of actions on read only checkbox, thus business logic is broken.
PDN article refer to a pega hotfix - HFix-33500 which is for for 7.1.6 (we need it for 7.1.9)

Upon reviewing this Support Request, applying HFix-46345 resolved this. If you have the same issue, please open a SR and request this Hotfix.

The rule which modified to fix the behavior in Pega 7.1.6 is pzPega_UI_events.js. As there are mobile feature added to the product, there is huge difference in the code between the versions Pega 7.1.6 and Pega 7.1.9. Hence, there is no direct hotfix available in Pega 7.1.9 for the issue.
As you have already raised SR, you will get assistance from GCS to fix the behaviour
