Access Pega webchat in Internet Explorer browser

We are trying to open Pega webchat in IE browser. But have to make changed in compatibility settings for each user's machine's IE browser to open the chatbot.

Is there any way, from Pega side we can do to make the chatbot work in IE browser also ?

One you have embedded chatbot to a specific portal or application, there is no explicit settings required for pega webchat. There might be issue with the configuration of the portal/application support on that browser.
