Access group section missing in the operator rule
I am using pega cloud and noticed recently that the access group section is missing in the Operator rule page. But It is appearing for [email protected] operator and no for other operators with administrator privilege.
I have recently upgraded to version 8.3.0-M4 from 7.x.x

The attached document has 2 screen shots. one with U88532@USTGLOBAL USER ID and another one taken using [email protected] user id for the same operator - U88532@USTGLOBAL
I couldn't access the log file as this environment managed by Pega and we are unable to download the log.

Can you compare XML content for both the operator. (Action->View XML)
This should give ample idea on what would have gone wrong.

XML looks more or less the same with few tags which are different, but it doesn't seem to have any impact to the security. In my opinion its more to do that with in built product security.

Hi,
The Access group section has a when condition: pzShowAccessList as visibility condition on the dynamic layout.
So, please run the tracer when you are trying to open both the operator ids and check whether this when condition returns true or false.
Basically, this condition should return true to make the section visible.

In addition to the above information, the pzShowAccessGroupList when rule uses Default HavePrivilege function.
This function returns true if access has been granted for the privilege.
The when condition checks whether the operetor has pxCanManageUsers privilege. So, please check whether this privilege is given for the operators where you are not able to see the access group section.
