1. Open WO in new tab in CPMI?? 2. Need javascript handle when closing the interaction tab by clicking "x"
Hi Guys - We use CPMI and SFAI frameworks. Here is what I need. Your help is appreciated.
Requirement 1: On clicking an SFAI work object that is shown in the member 360, it should open up in a separate tab(need not be a new interaction though). Using the action "openWorkByHandle" opens the work object in the same interaction tab.
Requirement 2: This is a straight forward one. When the user closes the interaction tab by clicking "x" on the tab, I'm looking for a java script handle where I can put custom code. Can you guys pls help?

I make "Requirement 2" that I asked in my actual post more clear.
Basically, when user clicks on "x" of the interaction tab, I would like to display a JS alert based on a business condition and then stop the tab from closing. We use CPMI 7.13. I reviewed the on click actions of the "x" icon on the interaction tab. There are sequence of actions added. Is there a way I can add an action above all those actions and exit out of all those actions based on a condition?

Hello Narayana,
I don't have anything to offer very insightfull regarding requirement 1. I would probably trace an ootb action which appeared to mirror my requirement and then review what that trace indicated. For requirement 2 ,could you simply add another button with your condition as the visibility condition and add the opposite condition to the existing button?
