Hi I am trying to run an outbound campaign using the ootb {Primary schedule:All issues / All groups(BillingAccount)} in NBAD and the campaign stops running due to an exception error at Offer Builder shape under DF_ProcessOffer.

Please find the attached documents below about the error thread, context dictionary structure(top level account but primary is customer which is bottom level, UI shows the opposite but the actual top level embedded strategy is as I described) 

I believe there are some issues triggering this data flow. Can you please help us to debug this error?
