Initiating offer flow in outbound campaign
Hi,
I would like to know how the outbound camapign invokes the offer flow.
I have a outbound schedule configured and i am testing the offer flow which i have configured in the flow tab.
Schedule ran fine. i can see the list of customers and the action selected for those. But i cannot see any offer flow trigerred for those actions
I had a simple offer flow, for testing purpose i introduced a DT in the offer flow and logged a message. I cannot see that in my logs.
When i run the action flow standalone using the "Test" tab it works, i can see all the log messages which kept as part of my action flow. not sure why this is not happening as part of my campaign.
Also i cant see any interaction history for outboud campaigns...not sure why.
Kindly help how to debug this.

@RamprasadM1091, Are you seeing an IH Record with a "Pending" outcome? If you don't, it means the offer initiation did not happen. I recommend you debug and see if the offer emitted out. You can do this by testing it in the Customer Profile Viewer by using a sample customer record from the list that you are using in the Audience.
