We have an requirement to send an email as part of the offer i.e an offer is received via API and as part of offer processing an email needs to be sent to customer as well. We've created the action and treatment to send the email and we're able to test action flow standalone. The email is being sent successfully. However, when the strategy returns the offer I can't see the action flow getting executed at all.

We have tested the below link ,But it seems it is not working without proper payload.
