We have a requirement where the user needs to select an email classification (e.g., Confidential/Sensitive) before sending the email in Pega 8.8.4. I’ve explored several approaches mentioned in the PDN articles, but they don’t seem to meet the requirement. Below are the PDN references I’ve reviewed.
