NBA Arbitration factor Context Weight
In the P*C*L*V formula C stands for "Context Weight". In the NBA designer we can configure weights for keys like CurrentPage, PreviousPage, EventType, Event, CallReason etc.
CurrentPage means the current web page the user is visiting to be taken as a context but let us assume the web application accessed by the customer is a Pega web application, how does the underlying CDH determine the CurrentPage context?
For Event and EventType if both of them corresponds to events emitted by Event Strategies how does the CDH consider which context type to consider for weight determination - Event type or Event?
Not enough documentation details available around this concepts so if any body can throw some lights on this.

@SomitC37 The CurrentPage and other context properties would be set by the calling application which in your case sounds like another Pega application. An example would be if this is a customer service application, the Container call would set CallReason based on the customer interaction, ie Address change, Cancel services. If using Event strategies, you need to have this event stream trigger a Next-Best-Action event which you'd define on the Channel tab of NBA Designer.
