Please share the timeline for when Pega will support integration with Cisco Finesse v15.

@SandeepPenumadu the user needs assurance that 'Cisco Finesse version 11.5 or higher' includes Cisco Finesse version 15. Please can you confirm this is supported?

@MarijeSchillern I don't see anything in the documentation you shared about when Pega integration will support CISCO Finesse V15.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the table that @MarijeSchillern shared above in her reply, it appears that our requirements to use Cisco Finesse are versions 11.5 and higher.

@Sairohith This really doesn't answer the question. Sounds like Pega doesn't officially support integration with Cisco Finesse v15.

@AlisonB90 I do not see any mention of Finesse v15 any where on the cisco site. Cisco Finesse 12.6.2 ES4 is the latest release available and is supported by Pegacall 24.1. As newer versions come out they will get tested our the latest Pega GA release available at that time.
Cisco docs show the latest releases available are:
- Finesse 12.6(2)ES4
- latest available download.
- UCCE 12.6(2)
- UCCX 12.5(1)
- CUCM 15(su2)
Are you by chance referring to CUCM?

@AlisonB90 (cc @Keith_W6 ) yes, we support Pega Call OOTB Finesse connector with Cisco Finesse 12.6.2 ES4, I don't see the Finesse version 15 to download from Cisco site, can you please clarify !!
