Getting error : (Log-Collaboration)InstanceAlreadyExists , while creating a new case with a new case type
Hi,
Everytime i create a new case type and try to create a case by clicking on "Save & Run", i am getting the error "(Log-Collaboration)InstanceAlreadyExists", for the given case type. I tried deleting the instnace of Log-Collaboration class, and try creating a new case, still the issue persists.
Has anyone faced simillar issue? if so, could you please help me with the solution?
