Getting Validation error while creating new Application

Not able to create New Application on Pega CLM Framework , throwing validation error as attached(Highlighted in yellow).

If you experienced with the same please share your suggestions.

Which version of CLM are you using and are you up to date with the appropriate hotfixes?: https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-client-lifecycle-management-financial-services-hotfixes
