When I attempted to create a new Pega application, it failed and the following error was logged in PegaRULEs.log.

Error while configuring application objects. [  [:There  was a problem while creating an application.] 

Upon tracing with the tracer, I discovered the following error occurred.

Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-DB-Table", pyClassName = "Org1-Div1-Work" 

My Pega environment is PegaLab, version 23.1.4.
Has anyone encountered the same issue or know a solution?
