C4 Model (Level 3) - Pega Customer Service + Platform
Hi,
we're currently in the process of creating a security profile including a C4 model for our application based on the Pega 8.6.5 Platform + Customer Service.
Could you please provide us the information / overview for the C3 level (Components level) how the components inside the platform / application are working / communicating together?

@AndreasS16754416 , Pega Collections for Financial Services has 2 components -- first, there is Customer Service for Financial Services component and then there is a Customer Decision Hub component.
For Customer Service for Financial Services, you could refer to Pega Customer Relationship Management application stack document.
For integration with Customer Decision Hub, you could refer to Pega Collections integration architecture | Pega. Please note that this is an older document that will be retired later this year.
