We are trying to install the Pega Customer service application. The installation guide mentions that if we install a customer service app then Sales automation will also be installed. We do not have a license for the Sales automation application and at the same time, we do not want the Sales automation application stack to be installed.
What is the way we can only install Pega Customer services without the Sales Automation application?
Please answer this question in the context of Pega Customer service7.4 and 8.6

Hi, for both of those versions, the Customer Service application relies on a common CRM Stack. Which means it's not possible to separate out the two applications and install only one. Only impact of having both applications installed is going to be in terms of space taken up in the database for the rules. Having the other application installed on the same system will not impact runtime ruleset stack.
