Pega OOTB APIs for Customer Service and Sales Automation

Am looking for the OOTB APIs for Customer Service and Sales Automation. I find the OOTB APIs for Pega base product but not able to find the same for CS/SA applications.

can anyone guide me to get the information.

Hi, are you plannning to process the assignemnts through REST calls? or do you just want to retreive info from cases... can you eloboate your requirement?

Requirement is to enable functionality of sales automation (create/update/query/report on leads, opportunities etc) accessible from external portal. Similarly for customer service.. need the ootb APIs available for the same. I know about rest APIs in Pega 7/8.
