Restriction of FA or assignment submission.
I have a requirement related to behavior of an assignment on a work queue.
I have an assignment on Work Queue B (its the default work queue for Workgroup B) Operator A belonging to workgroup A should be able to open the assignment and see the content but cannot submit it where as Operator B belonging to workgroup B should be able to open and submit it.
when I use privileges on FA operator A is unable to open assignment at all because he dont have the privilege. But I need behaviour of operator A able to see content of FA in readonly but cannot submit it. Has anyone worked on this kind of requirement and thoughts on achieving it?

Hi @SateeshB6784: Is this for specific assignment (or) is this for the entire case? If this is for the entire case, you can configure access restrictions in your ARO in a way that Work group B can read but cannot perform other operations.
If this is for assignment, can check if validation helps?

@SateeshB6784 instead of using privilege in FA please use when condition in the flow action. If when becomes false user will be able to open but on the screen it will allow us to display a message that user is not having access to any of the action but have read only access(you can also say that please click on assignment details from actions menu to view the details) . From there user can either check the case details from case overview area or if you want to give user a read only screen, you can have a option in local action(assignment details) which on clicking will be opening a current assignment read only section.
