Post Activity/Data Transform after New Harness submission.
In a flow action, i can set messages in the post activity/data transform and it will prevent the case to proceed.
Is there anyway I can call activity/data transform to do complex validation (checking against values in DB) and set messages right after New Harness is submitted.

You could call the activity or data transform at the beginning of your first flow, right after the start shape. If you are using stages this would typically be the pyStartCase flow.
