Digital channel ChatBot is not working when accessing from end user portal
Hi Team,
Working on a requirement where to integrate the ChatBot with OpenAI at end user portal but it is not working and showing as below wherein we can't take any action or type text in it.
Approach we followed
1) Used Digital Channel and interface to create ChatGPT using conversational flow and integrated with OpenAI through Connect-Rest
2) Imported AppFactory package and called AppFactory chatbot which is EmbeddedAFChatbot section from HomeMain section
3) Passing botId parameter
Expected Result: OpenAI integrated ChatGPT to be visible and working model on top of the end user portal
Actual Result: Empty window is poped-up with no actions
