Send email if case is open for more than 30 days
My application has 13 stages and there is an assignment in 13th stage. If the assignment is open for more than 30 days after submitting 12th stage, then a notification email should be sent to manager. How do we implement this

@UdayiniG16767245You can create a SLA on the 13th assignment and once the deadline for 30 days is reached you can trigger send email activity with your correspondence.
