Rules fails to open in Production and shows blank screen
Hi, Rules fails to open in production dev studio and shows blank screen.
We do see below exception in PDC
Root exception
Class: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException
Message: Error evaluating visible when ' o2|| wxpxIsCircumstance wxpxHasQualifiers' .

- can you check the 'when' rule referenced in your logs?
- is this a newly created rule?
- If you haven't tried yet, can you please do a 'Revalidate And Save' on the Section and when rules to see if that helps.
- Also, please verify and confirm, if you are seeing Nul in the ' o2|| wxpxIsCircumstance wxpxHasQualifiers' rule.
- Can you please run tracer, reproduce the issue and log a support ticket if you require further help.
