Rule Data Corrupted error :Open the Rule Form failed

Using data page I'm refering the data. For example, in drop down so many country names are there if i click india below that details about india will display.

It is working fine in section. But,it is not working when i create a case.

After preview my section in the clipboard TempError is showing. Inside that ,

WBOpenNotFound.

Unable to open instance RGB-PROD-WARRANTY-WORK-COURSEREGISTRATION!COURSE - Possible causes may be (1) Rule may no longer exist. (2) Availability of the rule may be set to No/Draft, Blocked or Withdrawn. (3) Circumstance of the rule may be preventing access. (4) Current date is not within the date range specified in the rule. (5) Access group or role may not have the appropriate privileges to open the rule.
how to solve this?
