Rule Forms not opening with all the Tabs.

Unable to view the rule or perform any action on the rule forms. Whenever rules are opened, the rule form shows only two tabs - "Tab1" and "History" . this is happening in Pega 7.2.1 and only in Production environment. rule forms are opening fine in lower environments.

It looks like the wrong version of the section rule is being used to display the rule form. Since this is occurring in a Production environment, please open an SR so an engineer can work with you.
