Hello Everyone,

We are unable to open any instances like Product,activity, Datatransform etc.. from records in pega 7.1.8. Could someone help us on this issue?

@santosh0115 Can you check if you are getting any error in logs?

Also have you tried clearing the cache esp Conclusion cache from SMA?

@Bhavya We have cleared conclusion cache from SMA and restarted our JVM couple of times. We have not found any errors in logs.
