Unable to Add records in Data type form the Records tab
I have created a new Data Type i have mapped to External DB Table.Everything is Fine with Connectivity.But when i am trying to add records to the Data Type through Configure Source Option from Records tab Displaying with the below error
The Flow Action post-processing activity pzCreateLocalDataStorage failed: Exception occured in getInstances.
This is happening in 7.4 and i have taken DataBase as CustomerData instead of PEGADATA as this is seems to be Pega behaviour for Data Types

Hi,
Could you confirm if you have created the external table in PegaData schema?
If yes you need to create the table in customData schema as it will not allow you to create local data source if the table is in PegaData Schema.

Hi Vikash,
I have Created the external Data base table not in PegaData it is Customized Schema like XYZ(Schema).tablename in the Database table rule we have configured as PEGADATA in the database column and XYZ as Schema in Schema Column.

Can you attach the screen-shot of the database table mapping rule.
Also trace the use case and check in which step of activity pzCreateLocalDataStorage it is failing.
