Deployment Manager stuck after every pipeline task
Hello,
Currently configuration PDM 5.5.1 on Pega 8.6.3, authentication profiles and operators configured in all environments, one simple merge and one simple deployment pipeline configured. Whenever a merge is triggered, or a deployment triggers via the PDM Portal, the correct pipeline is selected and the process begins. However, the process seems to get 'stuck' after the success completion of the pipeline task. If the merge is triggered via a branch merge request the task status is reported as 'Resolved-Completed' but the process does not move to the next task.
One thing I have noticed is if the pipeline is paused then resumed via the PDM portal the process will move to the next task, but it just gets stuck again. There is nothing in the logs in either environment to suggest an issue.
Has anyone else seen this scenario?

The reported issue is a new one to me. But, Are you maintaining all the enviornments like DEV, UAT, Pre-PROD and PROD enviornments with Single Pega Platform Version? It's advisable to check with your DEVOPS expert on the created pipelines.
