Deployment Manager -Diagnose application pipeline

After doing Deployment Manager configuration , checking the Diagnose application pipeline ,getting the issue.

Orchestrator to Development [Candidate system is not accessible] :

Orchestrator to QualityAssurance : [Candidate system is not accessible]

Can you please help me on this.

Is this happening since you started using Deployment Manager or is just started?
Candidate systems have to be accessible to the Deployment Manager, can  you please its connectivity from DM?

Hi Ramakrishna,

Please make sure below configurations are proper

1. Development and QualityAssurance environments are accessible to Orchestrator environment and configure right URLs.

2.Make sure Authentication profile you configured for Development and QualityAssurance environment are correct.

After making sure above configuration try again diagnostics.

And May I know which version of Pega and Deployment Manager you are using?
