PEGA Deployment Manager pipeline - Identify ruleset versions deployed post deployment
Hi All, Is there a way PDM pipeline can identify the new ruleset versions which are deployed? If there is a way, we would like to include the version number in notifications sent after deployment.

@SathishKumarJ17003558 There are multiple places, you can see and verify these details.
1. In Deployement Manager
Login to Deployement Manager, Open the Deployement Pipeline which you are intrested in, click the Deployement Number [ it is usually part of each Environemnt Box with Blue colur link, it will opena Pop up with following details:
Built on Application and Version
List of Rulesets and Versions
If any componens are part of the deployement, it will list Componnet and Version details]
As far as the email, if the Default Email is configured in the DM Environment, you will get the deployement ID in the email also, by clicking the link from email will directly take you the pipeline.
From there the process is same, click the Deployement Number/ID link in the respective Environemnt, which will show the details, in case if you wanted to look at a older deployement ID, you find the details under Deployment History or by using OOTB Reports feature in DM Environment.
2. Dev Studio of the Candidate Environment
You can review the Product Rules [ Under Sys Admin Category], you should be able to find the details, All Product Rules usually migrated under the Operator ID: DMAppAdmin [ ID that you used in configuring the Pipeline]

All required details present here including DSS changes and have the ability to Export the Results up to 60 days.
This is most effective way as it will give the Rule Level Details and the consolidation of all changes happened to the system by date and time.
4.Update Assessment landing page in Pega Diagnostic Center
This is slightly different view in PDC as compared to Change History Landing Page, but this view will give the details of the Prduct File and issues/alerts/exceptions introduced/updated with the Product Rule.
5. Repository Location
If you have acess to the Repository Location [like jForg or File System or NAS or S3 Stoarge ] etc., you can find the details under deploy folder where all Non Production Environment packges are found in "dev" folder and Production zip packages foud under "prod" folder.
All the Product Rule zip files organized in a folder structure based on the Name of the Application , Version and Last Updated datetime.

@SUMAN_GUMUDAVELLY Thank you for the detailed answer. Do you know if there is a way to include the deployed App/Ruleset version details in the Email along with the deployment ID? I could not find the report definition behind it.

@SathishKumarJ17003558 In my client, we have built a custom task in PDM to send out an email correspondence with merged & deployed ruleset name/version, total number of rules, branch name, and Operator ID. We have used Change Set DM API to return those information. These are very useful information that, hopefully, will be part of OOTB DM email notification in future.
