How to move deployment manager pipelines from one env to other?

We have deployment manager already set up on one of the env. Now we need to get rid of that env and set up deployment manager on the other env. We have around 10 pipelines on the old PDM env. I would like to move those pipeline from old env to new env. Is there any way using zip or product file to move all the pipeline instances to new env?

I tried to get the instances of "PegaDevOps-UI-PipelineConfig" class in the product rule but I am not able to get those instances. 

Does any one know bettter/effiecient way to move pipelines?
