Pega Deployment Manager Pipeline stuck

Hi,

Configured deployment manager 4.7.x in 8.4.1 instance. Run Diagnostics for pipeline there is no errors, but the pipeline is stuck in generating artifact step no errors in logs. i have created Amazon S3 repository. find the attachments of diagnostics, logs and pipeline screen shot.

Need help on this.

Hi,

 

Platform 8.4.1 has a hotfix for this issue: HFix-62670. This is a bug only with 8.4.1 version of platform.

We are seeing this issue on DM 5.41 on platform 8.62. The pipeline has been working and suddenly we are stuck at "generating artifact". Would this hotfix be applicable?

The fix was included in version 8.5 and higher. Hence hotfix is not required in the version you use. The observed problem might look similar but the cause might be different. 

Review changes made recently to the platform. Especially those made around the date/time a pipeline stopped working - PDC, feature "changes summary" is helpful in such checks.
