Interaction History and Decision Data not having any values
Hello All,
I have Managed to install Pega CDH on top of Pega Platform (8.7). I am able to define taxonomy, eligiblities and able to test the functionalities using the customer profle viewer.
Also using the post man i have tested the real time container requests and also captured response using capture response container API(Outcome as accepted) for a given subject. But i am not sure why the IH summary and Decision data table are not populated for any of the customer ID.
I have checked "Data-Decision-IH-Fact" class instances and couldnt find any instances, Not sure what i am missing.
