@lingareddyd6529 Try fetching all the records using REPORT DEFINATION Read and Copy the first 1000 Records to a Pagelist then trigger the Email, once done Based on Index fetch next set of Email  ids to page list and trigger email. try this approach, hopping there few thousand of record. Thanks

Hi @lingareddyd6529, You may follow this approach:

1. Create a flag property, say, "IsEmailSent" and keep it as boolean.
2. Create a report to get the list of all the user's email ids where "IsEmailSent" is false (exposed property) and in the data access tab keep the "Maximum number of rows to retrieve" as 1000.
3. Create an utility and call the report there to get results. Call Rule-Obj-Report-Definition.pxRetrieveReportData
4. Once you have the results, loop over and call the SendSimpleEmail activity and save the "IsEmailSent" flag as true for these records in the DB.

So, next time when your utility will call the RD again, the 1000 records that would be fetched will be of the users who are yet to receive an email.
