Error Sending Mail

Hi, community.


I am passing through some issues when sending a mail. My current SO is Windows 8, 32-bits. I have heard there are some incompatibilities between boths.

The fact is that sometimes it send the mail successfully but in some cases it thorugh the error attahced. Sorry because it is in spanish, but the english error appears something like this. Retrieving the COM Class Factory for Component with CLSID Failed... I have seen that sometimes when this error occurs, the Microsoft Outlook Aplications is frozen. Is there some references missing? It is about permissions?


It would be helpful if you try to help me with this error.
