Creating offer sets and sending feedback for these offer sets

  1. Can we create combinations of separate offers in PEGA but send feedback for it as a single entity. e.g. There are 3 offers: Offer 1, 2, 3. We present these three offers to the customer but for the back end at PEGA it is 1 single presentment with one single ID for the entire set of 3 offers.

  2. Can we send a single feedback for this unique entity. So if a customer selects offer 2, the positive feedback will be sent for the 3-offer set as a unique entity. If no offer is selected, then the negative feedback will be again for the entire 3-offer set.

@shanr2 The use case is to retain or upgrade customer telecom plans based on a host of predictors in the ADM via top 3 offers from a proposition catalogue.

Currently 8.5 version is being used.
