Fwd emails does not create cases

We have some wierd behaviours of Email listeners., when we received a Forwarded email Pega does not create a Case and the same email, if you send as separate email Pega Creates a case, not sure whether it is a Product issue or any configuration issue in Pega.

1. Can you please verify in the email box - the one which is bein listened has the email that you forwarded and is "read"?

2. Can you please verify if the email has reached and read, if there are any errors in the logs?

3. Trace the listener as well to identify any errors.

Ideally, in your scenario, the case should have been created.
