To Setup InvalidParameterException alert in PDC

Is there any alert that can set up in PDC while triggering this exception?

We are seeing a huge number of alerts in the Production environment, So to replicate the issue in the lower  env we need the exact scenario where it is triggering

There is a way to manage notifications and create event based alerts in PDC.

But there is a pre-defined list of events that shows there. I am not sure if you can create a new alert for notifications on your own.
