Will Pega support TalkDesk CTI

We are in process of implementing Takdesk CTI for Pega 8.5.2, there is no direction integration for Talk desk. we would like to know if there is a way we can integrate Talkdesk in pega

@VikasRaidhan The limiting factor here will be what integration options Talkdesk supports. The CTI providers generally do not provide public information regarding integration options, so the customer/partner will need to try that out of Talkdesk. Once they secure that, we would be in a position to provide additional guidance should they need it..

We are already having an email conversation among our Sales/Partner team and Virtusa team.
