We have 2 scenarioes :

1.Login as administrator user and created the case and child case, now resolved the child case.In this case pxCoveredCountOpen property on "pyWorkCover" page not updating as "0" .Because of this problem my parent case not resolving after resolved the child cases also.

2.Login as user and create the case and child case, route to particular operator . Now another user open the assignment and resolved the child cases . In this case my parent case also resolving after resolved the child cases.

But it's not happened when ever I tried with administrator operator (Both case creation and resolving).

Any suggestions pls.
