Routing to Conflict Robotic automations

Hi All,

 

The cases are getting assigned to Conflicting robotic automations work basket after the bot is completing the assignment. In audit it is mentioned as 

"Reassigned assignment 'complete task' back to Conflicting robotic automations due to validation failures after automation run."

 

Please let me know if anyone have solution for this or how to approach this issue.

And unable to trace  the service mentioned 8.4.1 (api/v1/assignments/{id} endpoint). If I open the Robotic assignment submit it manually No errors in tracer. Below The audit log we are seeing in PEGA.

 

Pulled assignment to 'complete task' from work queue RoboWB.

Reassigned assignment 'complete task' back to Conflicting robotic automations due to validation failures after automation run.

Hi,

The robotic automation has 3 different values returned: Completed, Completed with errors, Did not complete. Based on this the assignment will progress to Success or Issues (Issues tab in RM). All Completed values are routed for a step where the case data is validated using the validate rule sent as parameter in the Assign to robot queue smart shape form. If the validation is successful the case progress to the next step/stage if the validation fails. The case ir routed to the Conflicts WB and displayed in the Issues tab in RM.

Hope this helps to understand how the assignment shape works.

Hi Srinivas,

Were you able to solve the issue? I am facing a similar issue and I don’t have any validation mentioned during the robotic assignment. But still it fails mentioning validation failed.

check the pyWorkPage on the clipboard of the case. if you see any errors, you can refer the validation failures here.

 

steps :

open the case > open the clipboard from below tab > open pyWorkPage from left sub-section > check any error highlighted in red
