504 gateway timeout error while creating a case using Pega API
Hi Team
I have a requirement where i have to create cases using Pega API . When I am executing the request in PegaAPI portal as provided by Pega by passing required parameters , cases are getting created without any issues , but when i am trying to create the cases by running a Data Page where i have configured the same create case api as a connector and passing required request parameters in the request data transform , i am getting 504-Gateway timeout issue. I have provided all the snapshots in the attached document . If someone has already faced similar issues ,please help us with the workarounds.

Can you first check if the request has reached the pega server (check the log)? If not, possible pegacloud infra issue, especially if this is sporadic (e.g., working most of the time but not sometimes). Otherwise, attach Pega server log if possible.

Hi Kevin
Didn't find anything suspicious in Pega-Logs. Tested the same scenario configuring in google postman as well as soap-ui , getting 504 error.

this means it is your server side configuration issue, most likely. Are there any proxy/LB in between? If yes, you should check logs there.
