PEGA Application Gateway Timeout ERROR - RequestorLockException

Hi Team

User is experiencing gateway timeout error when trying to open WO or processing a case. RequestorLockException along with thread dumps are seen in PegaRULES log. We are using PEGA 7.1.8 with PostgreSQL DB.

I thinks you have missed to attach the logs .

Please attach the logs so that will have a look into it .
