API issue as Gateway Timeout error as AI response

When we try to create a request through API, we got Gateway Timeout error as AI response. But the case got created in PEGA system.

Due to this, case details are not present in the client systems. But the case is still processed in PEGA.

Please help

Hi,

Did you check the timeout settings in the client which is calling PEGA API?

Can you increase that and see the behavior?

Alternative way is, you can use PostMan client and run the API and see the response time from PEGA and talk to client to increase their time as per PEGA response time.
