Approval Through Email
I have requirement, I will send a email to a manger via Email smart shape .In correspondence rule i have a Approve and Reject Button .
So manager will have option to approve or reject via Email or from application .
He will have a screen in application also to approve and reject.
If i get an email to his email account for approval /reject . How can i connect back to my application (Caetype flow) by clicking on approve button /Reject button from email.
Please help in solving this issue .

For email approvals to be processed via Email, you need an Email Listener.
On the case type, under Settings, you can create a listener from the Email Instantiation tab. The same listener will process new cases AND the email approvals for this case-type.
Just make sure you use the right email account. Kindly find the screenshot of the setting,
