pyCommit error

pyCommitError:** A commit cannot be performed because a deferred save of instance xxx-xx-xxx-WORK C-5759 failed: code: <none> SQLState: <none> Message: <none>

 

I am getting this error when my application is trying to save data page through case worker portal. But, it is fine when I run a case and save it through case manager portal.

Can anyone help me with this.
