Next-Best-Action Designer Taxonomy locked
Hi, I was trying to edit the Next-Best-Action Taxonomy in Pega Marketing portal (8.3), but some errors occurred while saving.
Now it is impossible to edit it because it is "IN USE" by my operator. The only available action is "Refresh"
Is there a way to unlock it?

I solved the problem running RMActionDeleteCheckedOut activity and passing pzInsKey of the rule as a parameter.
I extracted pzInsKey using a report under Rule-PegaMKT-NBA-Model class since View XML action was not available.

Please raise a support case so this issue can be investigated for you. Typically this means that you have a NBA Designer managed rule that is left checked out, that needs to be released.

If you are able to get to Developer studio as this operator, there is an option to view your checkouts (blue tick mark next to the search box) with an option "Bulk actions". If you select this option you should see a rule of type "Next-Best-Action Model" if you select this rule, change the bulk action to "Discard", clicking start should discard the rule and release the lock allowing it to now be edited.
