Hyperlink of the case in the Report viewer is not working

In the report viewer when I click on case ID the hyperlink takes to the case.  But when I check "Remove Duplicate Rows" option they hyperlink is broken in the report viewer. It lets me click but it doesn't do anything.

Any thoughts?

->Check the console logs for any errors?

->Compare the tracer in both the working and non-working scenarios, you might find anything?

Is this an OOTB report? If so, which one?

If not, can you provide some details about the report? I am not aware of any OOTB reports that show a "Remove duplicate rows" link in the report viewer. Did you add one to a custom report?
