The openReport function which is called on click of the shortcut internally calls openUrlInWindow by hard coding the window name. The window name stays same for every click, hence the same window is replaced.

If you want to change this behavior either

1) Override the existing openReport function in UserWorkForm/any non-auto generated section that is included inside the report browser section. You can use the below contents.

In the above, I'm passing the insKey as the window name, which will be unique for every report. You can remove the alert once you made sure, the above code is being picked up.

2) Call a different function on click of the shortcut and contents of that function would be similar as below.

For this to work the Grid Section which contains the reports should be modified.
