How to include a hyperlink of the case in the report
There is a requirement to include the hyperlink of the Pega case in a report to be exported to excel.
This hyperlink in the excel report will be used by the external integration partner to open the case directly in Pega application and provide quality audit updates.
Please provide any information on retrieving hyperlink for each case and including it in the report.

For example, the cases in the WorkBasket List or WorkList would be opened on click of the case id. Can this URL be retrieved and included in a report such "All Cases Pending QA Audit" that can be further be exported to excel.

Thank you for the response. The requirment is the nature of DWA where the external application (non-Pega) can open a Pega work object directly as an external link after login.
